Are builders inclined to give additional price breaks... or hold firm on prices but "throw in at no additional cost" a certain option.

Typically, improvements have a useful life of > 1 year and has to be depreciated over its useful life rather than taking the entire cost as an expense in year.I typically try to categorize my repairs/improvements as something that can be capitalized or just expense.

Additional statutes would also indicate that the price must be reasonable, and in a different "pass the fee on" circumstance it gives 10% above landlord cost as the limit (not saying that applies to keys, but probably meets the definition of "reasonable."

Again how do I find out how much it will cost to build the road, and will i assume the entire cost, as by building this road, it would connect another 8 plots(4 on each side).
