I can tell you with full transparency that not a single development that we have done has ever been the same.

For example, my partner and i made an offer lower than the one they had before, but through an in-depth email explaining and breaking everything down to the seller, we were able to seal the deal, beacuse we were completly transparent and honest.

With this arrangement, we can be completely transparent with one another and I will have the opportunity to name my price before the negotiations start.

To update this thread, after 6 more months of emotional/financial stress, I'm now working towards dissolving the partnership with as much transparency and diplomacy as possible. 

Hey gang, I have a challenge for you all.Why not all try to instead of advising newbies on how to facilitate dishonesty we all need to start teaching others honesty, and transparency, and providing value to clients.The issue here is simply this.If they are asking you for proof of funds, it simply means you are wholesaling dishonestly and wrongfully.Did you tell them you are wholesaling the property?

Why did you think investing in Mexico was a better idea than investing in the US where our laws and courts are (somewhat) transparent?

With people putting things out there and being so transparent ie: @Mark Ferguson and others it shows you another way to view money and debt...

My goal is just to acquire 10 homes in the $200k - 250k range in great neighborhoods and own them free and clear into retirement.Mark, I realy like how transparent you are in bigger pockets and your investfour website, even sharing your mistakes with all of us. 

I think the key is transparency to the sellers.
