If the other vehicle is tiny and they leave in an ambulance or a bag, that's their problem.

My tiny 1BDR apt. at the time in Santa Barbara was $1K/mo  One person making minimum wage should have been able to afford that house.  2 people making above minimum wage should have been able to save money rather quickly to buy something bigger and better.  

What really concerns me is the price people are willing to pay for new homes in class C areas.  700 to 800K homes with tiny lots in Hayward neighborhood surrounded by industrial buildings.  

I see the leak at the faucet now but it is very tiny and almost unimaginable that it might have caused this issue.

But I understand that your rent was probably less since you lived in it and had a tiny interest rate.

Even if these were "cash flow positive", the tiny amount of cash it would generate is not worth the management hassle.

Sorry to hear you had this trouble.Maysonet appears to be tiny and not experienced.

I generally use Rheem/Ruud as the price is only a tiny bit higher than Goodman and I've had no issues.
