My struggle was mostly with chasing people around - I drew a bunch of people on Zillow, so it was a bit strange to chase them to another site to do the next two steps.

The industry seem strange to me in many ways.

Anything off Lake City way/522 will probably be more affordable and could be easier to cash flow.Lake Forest Park, Wedgewood, and Ravenna are real nice but definitely expensive - hard to find a deal or cash flow there but strange things happen sometimes so it doesn't hurt to look.Let me know if I can help with anything!

@Todd Borcherding is it strange the company that helped you set up these LLCs didn't provide any context on how to use them or did you set them up yourself?
