If they want to be a cheat, fraud, and scammer, and promote that on BP, they are showing the world their true self and lack of integrity. 

Others have no problem with that and you might consider someone's integrity if you are considering doing business with them.

John, when I state the word "reputable" I am referring to integrity/honesty.

I always kept my word and he saw someone of integrity standing in front of him.

I've heard some general negative comments about those who wholesale and their tactics but I still believe it can be done with integrity and a win/win for all sides involved.
