depending on the buildings age lead paint would be my main concern ...that & mold is getting a lot of press up here with lawsuits against landlords even after they have had independent testing !!!

or "don't have the keys for the properties made yet." or "not available to be viewed till Friday..." etc... and after a few phone calls pressing to see it, we get the sudden "...oh it went under contract yesterday!"
