The closest thing I could find is this site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lending_Club reference, that implies under "Loan performance statistics" that defaulted loans are not included in "net of defaults" calculations.

Not only that, if you have provided services, etc as a general rule, even though not in the lease, you have implied an amendment to the lease and cannot arbitrarily revoke that.
