What areas are you concentrating in here?

I would concentrate on getting my Acquisitions and then at some point using a portfolio lender

If that were me, ill be concentrating on one project instead of running around figuring out what next like a headless chicken everyday.

I can now work less and can concentrate in getting deals.

Most of the small MFs are concentrated in some areas. 

This implies the impact is likely to be concentrated to those areas that have higher STR concentrations. 

The area that I've been concentrating on is the area around Condor Park just south of the BUS 190, which looks like the line dividing the city, or I could be right above it, I'm not sure.

My point that condo fees and HOAs are eating up some cash, that's why I concentrate on single family in desirable locations with good public schools...

Honestly, at this time I would concentrate on building my credit.
