Yes just like @Bruce Woodruff explained a light blanket is much easier to clean and keep nice, just don't get the fuzzy ones your cleaners will hate you, go for regular soft ones you can buy at Walmart.

Auto lock after a certain amount of seconds if guests forget to lock the door behind them, can lock and unlock the door via the app and you can setup alerts to be notified when locked and unlocked for guest check ins/outs, cleaners and contractor's stopping by for maintenance. 

If you source them out to management and cleaners you can risk losing a fair amount of your profit as much as 20-25% and potentially your rating if they aren’t taking care of them properly and keeping them clean enough and rent ready the way you would.
