Out of curiosity, do you lend outside of Oregon on the residential side?

Out of curiosity how do they get those stats?

You can not buy common sense, curiosity and having the ba**s to take action.  

., just out of curiosity, where do you have most of your low income properties and do you manage them yourself or do you have a turnkey company/property management company?

An assessment like his can totally wipe out any type of cash flow or savings that this investment accrues.

I love the variety of topics out there in the RE world, and they've all sparked my curiosity intensely.On a more personal side of things, I'm a musician, have a huge interest in meditation/Buddhism/East Asian philosophy, and have also been teaching myself programming/software development in the recent months. 

I have gone to their pitch just out of curiosity and when I heard them talk about how easy wholesaling was I had to resist SO hard to call them out on it and when they started talking about the cost, I just walked a way shaking my head as I walked out thinking "OMG, some of these people are actually buying this load of crap??"

It is included in the total costs and was small since home only took 3 months and not much interest accrued.
