A common tactic is to put the property in a land trust and name your LLC as beneficiary.You can also transfer the property into an LLC or an LP.

Ok thanks I just know it seems like many people want to learn everything at once and get frustrated when things don't work out I just felt if I stick to direct mail let's say and not worry about bandit signs or anything else and keep working until I master that rather then try to do a bunch of marketing tactics at once.

Well I've been beat by several in regards to recommending concealed carry for those who's states allow it.In addition to using proper tactics to help keep yourself safe (pre-screen, letting people walk ahead of you, staying in particular neighborhoods, etc.), I would also recommend carrying a weapon of some type with you; large flashlight, mace, knife, something.

Your attorney is the one to set the tactics relating to this issue, it's probably better to go after the attorney first, he may flip on the others, never know what can happen.
