I send out distributions each month to my various partners and those are logged as Owner Distributions in my cash flow statement but there's so much I don't know. 

My partner steve he just blasted up the road.. for him a cooler with Salmon He caught from the river running through his Ranch or the Elk jerky or fresh elk steaks that he shot or Salmon Candy that he smoked.. and a big smile.the toughest ones were actually the greenies.. anti logging.. those folks could be pretty hostile ..  

I have not checked with my old logging partner to see if delivered lot prices have risen .. but with all the fires in Oregon.. there could be a flood of timber here shortly. they will need to log it before it becomes ruined..

I have two main concerns:How do I log a right off this expense how do I/do I need to track this payment/expense?

(marketing, showing, application screening, pre-move-in inspection, maintenance request log, etc.)

I’m set up through mine and have a special key fob token that I use to log in and have access to a different part of their website essentially.

Definitely sign up, take imperfect action, log in to the weekly calls, ask questions, join the FB community , sign up deals (even if you don’t know what exactly what your doing — the team will help u!!

We could have the Logging company blast our roads in for next to nothing compared to what a underground contractor would charge.. then we rocked them and then we busted it all into lots.
