When it comes to the sell, I use staging, cleaning, pro pictures, 360 virtual tour, it's own web page, open house, open house realtors lunch in, radio spot, and a realtor marketing team of 180 realtors.

Ask for pictures of recently completed work and/or tour current jobsites if possible.

I ask people that give me a tour hey how often are your maintenance guys snaking these main drains and how many times weekly are they having to snake drains that arent mains.
