The most important criterion I employ is to only choose markets with well diversified industries- 5 or more different industries such as education, financial, technology, military, etc.  

Tenants appreciate the safety and upgraded technology in their rentals.

I'll be running this RV remotely with boots on the ground so figuring out smart technology has been a bit of a challenge.

New technology can make this even better.
