From what it sounds like, the MB ship may have already sailed.

So if they gave you 15 days, they would be docked for the 15 days from their security deposit, or the number of days until you place a new tenant, whichever is less. 

It does not seem to be happening so fast to the West.i saw the writing on the wall for downtown long ago, but a lot of those ships have sailed.I have worked out of town for the last several years, and haven't been home as much as I'd like to have been, but I think that assessment still stands.Corbin, would you agree with all that? 

You organize all of your receipts by category & date (post office stamp purchases, supplies, shipping, printing etc) and enter them into a spreadsheet.

A factory, a mega warehouse, a shipping facility - they all sound like big employers, but once construction is done, many of these facilities don't need the number of laborers such businesses needed even a decade ago. 

Depending on your scenario you will possibly have zero vacancy if you run a tight ship and treat people with respect.
