I had a tenant who flew helicopter tours in Manhattan and they essentially had a crash pad for pilots when they needed a local place to stay, I believe it was rented from the company and pilots could pay if they needed to use it.

I appealed the decision.As I was retaining my attorney my tenant destroyed my property after court causing $855 in water damages by using maxi pads and flushing them down the toilet.

If your property manager hired him, now you've got some padding. 

There are a couple of vacant pads at this park. 

They would gladly pay someone 40k a year etc. to do it.The residential is where you get all these mickey mouse investors starting out with one 40k house trying to step over dollars to save pennies.       

Also, how would I evict a tenant for not paying on time for renting of a pad?

It also gives me an option to withhold the security deposit if I find a mouse infestation after the move out.
