He is very knowledgable, and helped setup my law firm with a health insurance package for our needs (younger work force wanting higher deductible plan at lower price point - next year will be challenge for him when I need to incorporate coverage for spouse with type 1 diabetes). 

One attorney compared my work to a commercial lease, but I am also incorporated as an LLC.

The book referenced by Hadi above is a good starting point and will provide you with enough information to have a realistic dialogue with your accountant and council about how you should proceed in the near term and when you should look at incorporation (and structuring of corporations), trusts, etc, as your investing business grows.

I left California last time with big ideas and plans - some of which I did not pursue because a small car accident got me to reassess what was really important to me, and some of which I have incorporated into my life.

I think the i-phone has better graphics ( if you like to watch videos, etc) and the music sound is clearer, but I dont use the phone for videos/music so that doesnt matter to me.

My opinion comes from over a decade in printing and graphic design.

However most people don't have the direct mail, printing, graphics resources I have.

After that I learned how to do graphics, websites & promotions such as getting radio & tv commercials, printing flyers, b-cards & a whole lot more.

These plans are designed for business owners and their spouses and can not incorporate employees other than the owners.
