I recently started listening to the podcast and wanted to make some connections to other people on the forums. Let me know if there's a group of people in Portland. I've only done one deal so far (triplex in 2008 that I still hold). I'm looking to share experiences with others and find one or two more deals in the next year.

@JR Hinds is great if you need help with health insurance. He is very knowledgable, and helped setup my law firm with a health insurance package for our needs (younger work force wanting higher deductible plan at lower price point - next year will be challenge for him when I need to incorporate coverage for spouse with type 1 diabetes).
