Unfortunately, Zillow cannot tell you the difference between two identical side by side homes even when one can be completely remodeled and the other can be completely burnt out.

My biggest thing is I have somewhat of an identity crisis.

Thieves steal condensing units, insurance goes up 10-15% a year.

All of the houses in the community are identical and the neighbor of my rental just sold for $370k.I like this HOA because it is very cheap and they keep the community looking immaculate.

Renatus, though a totally different entity as you've pointed out, seems to be set up almost identically to the ill-fated Nouveau Riche.Now i've noticed you will always defend Renatus to the end, no matter what anyone says.  

Most thieves won't stick around that long.

The reason I ask is that I have to repay the deposit within a set timeframe, so am planning on selling off most of the units in order to pay back investors and will be left with a handful of units free and clear.I'm in New Zealand, so the detail around the laws and requirements are probably quite different - but I'm interested in everyone's thoughts and experiences and what potential pitfalls you can see.i.e. setting up body corp, splitting titles, how selling multiple identical units affects the price etc.Thanks for the help!
