Way too much drama.  

It's been a harsh but important learning experience.ASSESSMENT  My first big task regarding REI is assembling my team.  

Let them know you are considering not renewing the lease because of the past violations and the associated drama.

We use a local screener, we get background, employment, criminal and credit plus she knows EVERYONE so often can help verify sob stories or other drama around the larger apartment complexes.

I and you and others should be watchfull of posts that are too harsh and directed towards new members and report them.

He advises that you have them sign something that acknowledges that they are paying more for the privilege of making their financial planning easier...you don't need drama over someone figuring out they are paying more after the fact.

Also I have to ask what may seem to be a harsh question.

Not something I would personally want to do with the new laws and rules etc.. and the drama and emotion that surrounds owner occ folks. you work for those 30% returns.

Honestly, my intention is not to be harsh, but to possibly help you to prevent a long, drawn-out "money suck".It might be better to withdraw and live to fight another day?
