The big companies here are all focused on cloud offerings, which has only gotten more demand with the newly emerging WFH culture.  

As others have stated, it truly depends on location, culture at the apartment community, market trends in the area, etc.Class C properties typically offer a clear upside with the right business plan.

The culture shock is huge. 

Born and raised in San Diego I'm sure the weather will be a complete culture shock but I'm ready for it!
