Hello all,This forum seems to be the best body of information, people, and resources I've found regarding CRE investing.

I'd never be so sure of myself to think that I'm immune to other people's circumstances, or the nation's, or the world's.

Nothing worse than dealing with water spraying on you unexpectedly when doing a plumbing repair, never mind contorting your body to get into hard to reach areas.I don't know how plumbers deal with that stuff on a day in-day out basis.  

I just wondered if there was risk that I might be overlooking, such as other regulations the insurer was immune to.

I also got the talk about how hard it is to buy in this market right now.The second property was unusual, to say the very lease: It is a cute house - and a body shop!

. :) But, it is more likely you may need to find an animal with a similar body type and attach a custom horn and paint it purple, pink, rainbow or whatever color/s you choose.
