I am looking for Houston, TX investors to share their knowledge and experience.

I have been here for 2 months but could not find any deals yet. Can any body tell me where and how they find investment properties in Houston. Whic areas are good for investment? How is the rent to purchase price ratios, and how is the cash flow works here?
