You will then get requests not till start till 9 am , or I work from home and the noise is a distraction , or " My baby is asleep " . 

Or hers because she most likely let in too many flies and they ate her garbage and laid eggs and had nasty maggot babies?

For obvious reasons it would be nice to be living near her family so that on occasion they could help out with watching the baby and it’s just nice having family around.But, I am also very interested in the growing Tampa, FL market (2.5hrs west of Palm Bay.) 

Some people on the internet are babies. 

People see my baby face (can't grow facial hair if I tried) or hear my age and unfairly judge me for some young kid looking for an easy way to get rich quick.

Like the podcast said about 1 or two ago we are definitely hesitant but hopefully this will be just the start.  10,000 baby boomers retiring a day... they're headed south!!

2 BR to me is single prof w home office, married with guest room, single parent with 1 child, young couple with baby.

At times there are very few babies, and then all of a sudden the census in hospitals jump, so they scramble to hire travelers.

And then another big WY LLC that owns all the other baby LLCs? 

I work in the communities as a nurse home visitor for mothers and babies and I would like to supply more trustworthy and safe housing to those who need it most; all while improving my short and long term pockets is the goal.
