You have mentioned  a couple of great providers.And, I would definitely add JWB Capital in Jacksonville FL to your list.I bought a couple of turnkey homes from them last year and am very pleased.A lot of what you need to look for is a great team. 

But, it is always a positive to have good reviews and both of those companies certainly seem to hit their clients expectations.I would also look into Jacksonville Wealth Builders out of Florida.  

So much so that more than half of them have purchased a second property between 6 months to a year of working with me.If for some reason I chose to invest in a state other than NC or SC, I’d be looking in Jacksonville, FL or Augusta, GA.
