I'm looking for something that can act as only a voicemail line, hides my actual number when calling, etc... and really just about anything else that is useful.

When you schedule an inspection, I recommend you make it clear that you need access to every room AND that you may record your visit with pictures and/or video for documentation.If they still refuse access, give them notice of termination and they can create their little hiding spots in someone else's property.

Just get personal cards or are you trying to "hide" in case you default?

I’ve closed on a primary residence while traveling before and the stress of getting away from work and finding a legal notary and reliable courier in some of these third world countries is not something I relish.
