If the tenant says yes  laws aren't involved between you and a tenant who agrees and couldn't careless.Run your business like a business, treat your tenants like customers and ask the right way and you can have your customers operate in ways that make your life easier.There is a big difference from :"Hey, Moron, tomorrow you start paying me with ACH GOT IT D-bag?"

I guess folks think RE laws were just established to generate revenue for governments, professional license divisions, well, no, professional licenses of all kinds are put in place to protect the public good, to protect citizens from carpet bagging cheating, sidewinding, low life, greedy sneaky types dealing in that area regulated.

Prefer no paperwork too, just hand me a big bag of cash and I'll leave you a fat return in my Will.     

The owner has to provide their own labor and supplies(This jurisdiction allowed trash bags)  The tenant had not even started to move and had a 1300sf or so 3 bedroom/2 bath along with a huge 2 car garage full of stuff. 

But I also wash or sanitize my hands before and after each signing appointment, and I wipe down everything that comes out of my bag at the table with disinfectant wipes at the beginning of the appointment (so my phone, my stamp, the pens, my keys, etc).

Not my cup of tea.

It doesn't mean that you have to drive a Bentley or get Chanel bags.

houses with small little tunnels running from room to room and 20 to 30 years of crap piled up 5 to 8 feet high on either side. bed  consisting of a open sleeping bag on top of 3 feet of discarded papers and whatever junk.. only thing you can see the actual floor is the shower  .. 

Keurig coffee machine, gourmet teas, CableTV with lots of good channels, Roku with Netflix, welcome baskets with chocolates/peanuts/mints/etc.
