Just happen to stumble across this and kinda ironic but a few weeks ago I was having dinner at the bar in Friday’s in Wilkes barre and met a guy who is a district manager for a car rental company and his boss wanted him to get an apartment in the area instead of staying in hotels.

I just stumbled across a bigger pockets youtube video on how to analyze a rental property a few months ago and now I've got a full head of steam and a few books of knowledge ready to realize this dream of being an REI.

Naw, the coutry will just keep stumbling along in denial.

I first learned of Robert Kiyosaki when I stumbled upon his show on PBS and his advice was pretty solid.

Worrying about what you pay instead of the net benefit you get is a stumbling block that keeps many people from becoming millionaires.

I stumbled across a site called AirDNA which gives you data on all the Airbnb listings in your city. 

Indiana's prices are very similar to here...you can find a handful of "mom & pop" investors or people that stumbled upon investing by keeping the first home they purchased...and the second home...and the third home...and they did very well for themselves.
