Do I just let the manager do their jobs (assuming that I'm just being paranoid and they *aren't* setting out to ruin me)?

How will this ruin me?

hi Erica, how do you know Rules of Renovation is a scam...I just attended the seminar,,and am considering the gold package...I find it hard to believe Hilary Farr would associate with Scam artists... wouldn’t it ruin her career....it’s because her name is attached to it that makes me think they are not scamming the public....if I am wrong, please advise...as I do not want to loose $21,297 of my hard earned money..I would appreciate your thoughts 

Jealousy is what ruined that side of the business for me. 

But the Pm at the time had 200 homes and this investor was moving 220 over all at once.. so you can see were a PM could get stars in their eye's they double there business in one month...However again in my mind for the small investor starting out on their search of markets I don't think your going to have many reputable PM's puffing just to take on an asset that will make them 75 dollars a month... the down side  at least from my view point would not be worth ruining reputation and having a pissed off client.

Other thing I see is most houses have HOA which is a big negative for me as I have seen HOA can ruin your numbers.

A small area of mold won't necessarily ruin a deal.

I am not scared of big dogs if your insurance will cover a German Shepard, but they will ruin the carpet and wood floors every time.  

I do not want to ruin my personal credit applying for refinance loans with my own credit.
