If you have 3 prong outlets, must be grounded, will test.

I have single lots, 10 lots and even a 5 acre parcel in a prime area.Anyone know of some good outlets to wholesale out the land in Socal?

This includes ceilings, behind outlet covers and light switches, etc.

A window was leaky, so there was a trail of mold from the window all the way to the inevitable soft spot on the floor.One of the previous tenants had decided to take a wall out and make it a 2 br, but they'd not done anything about fixing the hole in the paneling where the old wall had been.Most of the electrical outlets in the home were hanging out of the wall.The water heater had leaked, so more of the floor was rotten.

Another 15 units are on a local charity's housing program and that comes in as one check every 10th and they have already reached out letting me know that not only do they have zero solvence issues but they would like the other 6 units starting next month. 

Tomorrow I'll go for a mountain bike ride in the morning before it gets hot, then go fix an outlet.
