I've spoken with someone from Express Capital Finance who said they should be able to assist so looking for anyone with experience with Express Capital or any recommendations for a lender who can assist.  

depends on the size of the deal.. most transactional lenders have a minimum fee expressed in dollars not in points.you do a 40k deal for 400 bucks ??
