Looks like I will have more competition.I like to direct mail note holders much like people do for houses.Everything is recorded so I get lists of carry back transactions (you need a new title rep btw) , pull mailing addresses & then slice & dice the list to mail the beejeezus out of it to get the phone ringing.

Who knows maybe once they come to their senses and see they can't get retail for it they'll give you a ring.

There isn't many left but before they list my phone rings and we usually can lock up a number and they know we pay cash, fast.
