My brother had marble counter tops, tile floor, new furniture, etc for $60,000 at his place.  

Total cost was a little over $3k.We spent another $14k having someone fill out the rest of the house including the Toddler clubhouse under the stairs, the "lightly" themed rooms like Toy Story and 101 Dalmations, and just general decor and furniture that wasn't already in place.

Gone are the days where you could throw cheap furniture and in an outdated house and make money.Any reason why you chose Orlando?

Obviously it frees up money to buy new furniture etc.

Too much you see people come on here that want to know the "secret", and I'm guessing they probably recoil in horror when they find out the "secret" is a full-time hustle, busting ***, forsaking video games and jet skis, driving dumpy cars and living with dumpster furniture while you plow every last dollar into something that makes more money. 

I think the furniture and throw rugs acted like a filter.We charge a $400 non-refundable fee for each dog and a high percent of landlords charge $50 per month for each pet.

Since you bought all this furniture why not rent it out by the month.

A nice flow of the house will always make a lady happy,  and of course the kitchen.Try and make the house as open as possible when your ready to move it, just dressers, and beds, and very the least amount of furniture the better.Way to go Julie and family, I miss Colorado!!!
