We discourage editing posts to remove the entire contents because that leave the blank post in place and breaks the flow.

Hardly anyone leaving with a blank application ever actually give you back a filled out application.Have them pay the application fee before taking an application to cut down or eliminate this.I just let them have them and bring plenty of blanks.
