As people leave the open house hand out the application forms with clearly written instructions indicating any missing information on the form will be a automatic rejection.

I’ve found that each property I have is going to get a lot of applicants and I don’t have to feel bad using Zillow when I have to reject 4/5 because after all you can only keep one.
