We had no idea every Title company in town would reject us and not have a clue how to fix the situation.

As people leave the open house hand out the application forms with clearly written instructions indicating any missing information on the form will be a automatic rejection.

Not taking sides on pro or against the issue at hand ... but grounds for discrimination would be based on what reason you gave for rejection.

Hi Joel,Typically we do not accept partial payments and here in Arizona we have the legal right to reject a rent payment even if it is short 1 cent.

That's why I pre-screen my tenant first, if they come from the same town it's automatic rejection.

You will be rejecting applicants here that in the U.S. would likely be accepted without question.

I’ve found that each property I have is going to get a lot of applicants and I don’t have to feel bad using Zillow when I have to reject 4/5 because after all you can only keep one.
