(Not saying BP promotes & states this, just meaning this is how a newbie can look at it & take things out of context due to noneducation & immaturity)I only say this coming from myself personally...I have so much stuff to sort out, timing is not right for me, I manage all Admin for my husbands business & it requires right now my full time attention, I am a bit older so I can hold myself back & look at my situation & realize realities playing out in my life that need my attention and need prioritizing...BUT I haven't let go of the dream, I am doing everything else I know I need to be doing at this time to keep things in order...so I guess coming from a newbie we don't want to appear in here like we are those newbies that are just dreaming...we want to be with the big guns ruling and reigning!...

Certain groups would be prioritized for funding, such as landlords who show rent cancellation caused a material economic hardship; mortgagors at risk of foreclosure due to COVID-19 hardships or whose property is in a high-poverty area; low-income tenants; and those not eligible for federal funds.

I understand portfolio lenders exist and can be hard to find, but I'm curious if people who rather move to higher price point properties such as commercial buildings to prioritize value per loan, or try your best to bundle multiple properties on one or a handful of loans?
