The wholesaling legality question tends to rise continually and apparently many thread participants don’t bother reading previous threads on this topic. So here’s the “modern” take on the traditional real estate “wholesaling” which is more accurately described as flipping contracts. When a buyer or wholesaler signs a purchase contract, they are committing to “an intention to purchase” said property, UNLESS their intention to do something else, such as “flip” the contract is clearly spelled out to the seller.
