All that 1.8mm money can be taken out tax free in loans, while STILL making money on it (there is always an arbitrage the policy holder makes as the loan is being paid back and the cash value still making interest and dividends.

I merely want to point out that those investors looking to generate cash flow to possibly replace or add to a current job income, they will need to find deals that have better cash flow numbers or do a whole lot more deals and self manage.

This could indicate that a seller maybe isn't properly motivated, and is merely fielding some offers to see what's out there.This could be a good opportunity, as yes, it does limit their visibility in search results, but it also allows you to give an offer based on exact numbers, not the price they'd set ahead of time.
