There is a few listings currently right now that are 500sqft for $925 in a less desirable street.I'm pretty certain that I can get $1,000/month after I remodel the bathrooms, change the floors to hardwood, remodel the kitchens and new paint.

Anyone have hardwood floors on their upstairs unit with no problems?

should we replace carpet with carpet or put hardwood flooring in. initial cost is significantly higher but for wear and tear of a buy and hold strategy for a rental. does any one have any past experience with doing this?
