I've be selling for 25 years, I know a ton of people, I network pretty hard, even today, and none of the agents I've dealt with this week on actual potential sales on both buyer and seller side have I ever heard of before or talked to before.I'm sure there are some markets that can be a little more exclusive or closed especially if it in a certain neighborhood, or certain demographic, or even a certain profession.
