Newbie from Northern Virginia

Hello BP!

Long time forum lurker and BP podcast listener here! I'm 23, recently married, and looking towards becoming financially free through real estate. My wife and I live in the Northern Virginia area, and even as a newbies can tell that it is going to be hard if not impossible to find a cash flowing property in this area. Because of this, we're looking down in southern VA and parts of NC to start investing. Our big 2018 goal is to buy our first rental property!

I’m excited to make friends and meet new people through BP! Any and all comments/advice are truly welcome!

@Austin Wise   Welcome to the BP community,  I started investing in Northern Virginia a while ago  the prices are really high but you may want to start looking on Culpeper, Warrenton, maybe a townhouse on Woodbridge,    Good luck
