Man has looked forward to this time and place in history for the last 6,000 years and you got able bodied healthy adults standing in the street corners with a cardboard sign and a cigarette in their mouths begging for cash .its sickening 

If it is that rough take a body guard.....off duty cop is fairly inexpensive.

If you are savvy with money and use debt wisely though like us ,you can leverage knowledge and get much further ahead accelerating the process instead of working for 50 years for an employer to get “ wheelchair wealth” when your body is falling apart and you can’t enjoy your money .

As the saying goes, 100% of all foreclosures are on houses with loans.The idea that someone is immune to this simply because they are a member of BiggerPockets is kind of strange.

The "able-bodied" on disability are probably mentally ill; they are, as they say, "gettin' a [crazy] check".

Like the dude at the REI meeting who hands you a flyer with a property they are trying to sell, their body language seem antsy, and they just can't seem to look you in the eyes for more than a second and you get the feeling somebody is into applying makeup to pigs.

That being said, an LLC DOES NOT make the property immune from liability...it does however, limit/contain it to the assets within that same LLC.
