And my guess is that you're talking about a 401k at your current place of employment, and that you're not planning to leave this job.In this case, an earlier suggestion by Account Closed to convert it to a self-directed 401k is not applicable.The cost of cashing out a 401k is huge and should only be considered as the very last resort when you're totally out of options to borrow money elsewhere.

Looking at Timber Ridge Lodge (Lake Geneva Wi) for a condo investment, what appears to be nice is they do all the work and  still claim 7-9 percent return. Anyone have any insight? Thanks
