@Skye Penland I think DFW still looks strong....depending on your views I heard something the other day that I had not ever heard of before or thought of before, but one really good economic advisor said...if you are a company looking to put in a manufacturing plant, or some other type of business, do you want to go to NY, NJ, CA, Chicago, etc...that are very labor friendly or do you want to go to a right to work state like Texas?
