I've noted that if you give someone a tiny bit of leeway, they just keep expecting more.Renting out rooms teaches valuable lessons about humanity.I am currently enjoying having my house pretty much empty because the renter I have is never home, so I do know what you mean.

@Varinder Kumar I would not recommend Shamokin, it's a tiny town with enormous budget and industry issues.As far as CoC 15-25% in Class B, I'm sure that they exist, but I don't think that those properties change hands very often.  

And let me shut down all you "I have a B class or C class property" guys right now LOL - if you are not inside Gilbert's little tiny bubble YOU ARE IN THE HOOD. 

s point, you can do your own title search if you know what you're doing, but I wouldn't trust that as a tiny mistake can cost you big.
