Hello. I have done mailer but haven't gotten a legit lead. I am working fulltime so I was thinking about online marketing to generate leads. Can someone tell me how that works and what are my options and to-go resources. Also I am feeling bit overwhelmed thinking of the competition in real estate and I just feel like a tiny creature who really has nothing to offer, so I was told to find an investor friendly agent. What do you guys think? THank you
