I am sure that is very exciting and a little nerve-racking at times.

Wait until you have  a tenant move out, you will have to deal with many of the same things plus some repairs.This is your first rental, so it is probably more nerves. 

Certainly worth examining both to see the differences between them.  

It's a nerve wrecking process sometimes but I got a house in central jersey for the price of a new 3 series BMW!
