Long story short, we had to take the home off the market to get a TDI mold remediation expert to refute the inaccurate report and wait for this company to make repairs to the damage they caused to the property.By the time we got all of that ironed out the market had significantly slowed down and showings were few and far between.

I find it funny/ironic in a way that Grant Cardone seems to be really popular in the real estate industry , but he is constantly telling his audience not to buy a home and that it's such a stupid thing to do.

I finally got a 100% iron clad response back from my lender m and I qualify for a MAX loan , of $65,000 I live within the Desoto County and Memphis area , and know that I know how much house I qualify for , I am wondering if there's anywhere in my area, that has houses in my price range ..... that are safe neighborhoods and that have a history of LOW crime rate ?

I would definitely use this as a learning experience to improve your lease as much as possible, making sure the late fees are iron clad and communication is clear on late payment of rent.

You press on and say that if he doesn't know what he is looking for, he should bring someone with him that does.....Which ironically is exactly why he wants an inspector.Second, the statement about why would you spend 200k on a property with 2k rents sounds pretty lame when you run an out of state turnkey company.
