It’s frustrating because I love dogs too... except I walk mine 3 times a day, many dogs are cooped up in doors all day and it’s awful.

We had the oldest indoors due to old age in his final years.

Typically, in a small town like this, there are one or two PMs in town, so if they know where the trouble makers live, they will not want to manage the property.

So if I spend $18,000 per year to live, what I do with the remaining $42,000 is the difference maker.

I verbally tell them not to put indoor furniture outside on the porch or I will get a ticket.

I know of one owner that put a camera on the outside monitoring his back door but he faced it so it looks at the back door and in through the window into his indoor private pool.  

Due to the cost of direct mail I add in door knocking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
