My thought is no, as my LTV will be less than 60%, even if I re-fi at $40,000 (to get a little cash to help pay for new flooring and paint).- Do you all find condo's to be more problematic because of potential assessments?

The units not only need to be cleaned, but someone needs to be close at hand when the call comes in, "The keyless entry isn't working (or water heater, wi-fi, etc.)," "The toilet won't flush," "It's 10:30pm and we just noticed that there are no towels,"If the numbers don't work with mgt fees, the numbers just don't work.

That one had a 2-year pre-payment penalty so we are in the process of doing a re-fi on that now around 5.25%.
